At Tiyash Consulting, we believe that organisations need integrated

Sharad Tyagi: An Intraprenuer
and Visionary Business Leader

The founder, Sharad Tyagi, is an accomplished intrapreneur and
business leader with over 35+ years of global experience in building businesses and leading people in different stages of organisational life cycles His journey spans healthcare including pharmaceuticals, OTC and Animal Health; automotive catalysts, and speciality chemicals.

As the former MD of Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) India, Sharad led a transformation from a startup to a $150 million+ powerhouse, achieving over 100x remarkable growth in just about a decade. He is known for building high impact teams and creating market leading brands.

Sharad's leadership extends to M&A, board positions and Industry bodies like OPPI where he held the positions of Vice President for several years and the President between 2020 and 2021.

Since 2021, Sharad has been leading the advisory practice of Tiyash across a spectrum of organisations including Market leading Pharma organisations, Private Equity players, healthcare Start-ups and MSMEs in areas as diverse as brand management, strategic development, human capital development, integrated diversification solutions.

Known for nurturing talent and creating high impact teams which thrive under tough challenges, Sharad brings his extensive experience in Talent management to his clients at Tiyash. His passion for data based risk assessment & management in strategic decision making and problem solving creates compelling experiences for the clients, resulting in a sustainable impact.

Sharad holds an Engineering Degree from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

He is also an avid cricketer and professional musician.
